Instaoil is the trade name of Instaoil Enterprises OPC Private Limited, incorporated in 2022 at the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. We were founded after our founders observed a persistent problem: large fuel consumers — housing societies, factories, construction sites, and logistics companies — were wasting enormous time and money sending vehicles to petrol pumps, managing multiple fuel vendors, and dealing with undocumented deliveries.
The solution was obvious: bring the petrol pump to the customer. But doing it right required PESO licensing, calibrated dispensing equipment, trained personnel, and a reliable logistics network. We built all of that from the ground up.
Today, INSTAOIL serves businesses across Punjab — from small housing societies to large industrial units — with the same commitment to reliability, safety, and transparency that we started with.
